Well, 3 1 2 star actually, but it was another of those really wanting to like it books, so I m being kind.The drawings and the overall design is amazing Hughes seem to have some hang ups abot being compared to Gerald Scarfe, though the occasional mixed media and his line in general made me think of a somewhat damanged Dave McKean think the line drawings in Cages or a artsy Eddie Campbell This is praise and not put downs, btw He does some interesting things somewhere between graphic novel and o [...]
